If you were to look up the word Jenner and/or Kardashian in Thesaurus, you would most probably find “NBA player” as their synonym. All jokes aside, the Jenners and Kardashians do love themselves some NBA players. If it was a legal case, it would be a slam dunk, pun intended, because the evidence would be overwhelming.
Now, granted even though a princess may have to kiss a frog or two before they find their prince, Kendall has kissed more than one frog from the same pond. “Kissed” in this case means actually dated and not romantically linked with as that would dramatically and unfairly increase the size of this list. Did Kendall Jenner date Blake Griffin?
Kendall’s first public relationship with an NBA player was with current Brooklyn Nets forward Blake Griffin. The two are believed to have started seeing each other in September 2017 during Griffin’s tenure with the Los Angeles Clippers. In October of the same year, an unnamed source close to the two revealed that the lovebirds’ relationship had become official and that they had become a “full-on couple.”
Kendall was the ultimate supportive girlfriend during their relationship, sitting courtside at a couple of Griffin’s games and even tagging along to some of his engagements off the court. In an interview with Vogue, Kendall spoke highly of her then beau reaffirming that she was happy and that her love interest at the time was “Very nice.”
The relationship between the duo however appeared to have been doomed from the get-go and the two went on a break in early 2018. Though the exact reason for the decision wasn’t known, many believe that it was because of Griffin’s nasty split from his ex-girlfriend and mother of his two children, Brynn Cameron. Kendall found herself in the midst of the drama after Cameron expressly named her in a suit for palimony as one of the main reasons behind their breakup.
After the scandal, Kendall’s and Blake’s relationship quickly took a turn for the worse and the two called it quits some time at the end of March 2018.
Did Kendall Jenner date Ben Simmons?
A few months after her split from Griffin, Kendall made tabloid headlines yet again after being spotted getting cozy with Philadelphia 76ers point guard Ben Simmons. Simmons, who had just come off a brief stint with talented songstress Tinashe, is believed to have started dating the socialite in May 2018. A source let it slip that the two were “dating and exclusive though not ‘official’”, further fanning the flames of their supposed entanglement.
Kendall and Simmons were then said to have rented a vacation home in West Hollywood for that summer. The couple thereafter joined Kendall’s sister Khloé Kardashian and her lover Tristan Thompson on a trip to Puerto Vallarta in Mexico.
The sweethearts appeared to have been destined for pure bliss but briefly broke things off not so long after. Kendall and Simmons briefly rekindled their romance in November of the same year but ended things for good in May 2019.
Is Kendall Jenner dating Devin Booker?
Rumors of Kendall and Phoenix Suns shooting guard Devin Booker first surfaced after the two were spotted together on a road trip they took to Sedona, Arizona in April 2020. A month later, Kendall was spotted picking “Book” up from the airport.
Booker is believed to have met Kendall in 2018 through his then girlfriend and Kendall’s former best friend, Jordyn Woods. A source told Us Weekly in August of 2020 that Kendall and Booker were seeing each other but that they weren’t serious. The two had never publicly commented on the nature of their relationship, leaving the truth to the imagination of their fans and followers.
That however changed after the couple went Instagram official on Valentine’s Day 2021 in a post that suggested that things between the two have since gotten a lot more serious.

Kendall has also been linked with LA Lakers forward Kyle Kuzma and former teammates Jordan Clarkson and D’Angelo Russell during their respective tenures with the 2020 NBA champions. Multiple sources including Kendall herself have however disclosed that she never officially dated any of three.
Entertainment Tonight and TMZ revealed that Kendall and Kuzma and Russell respectively were just friends at the time that they were rumored to have something going on.
Kendall further shot down the rumors on Clarkson in a 2019 post. The post was in response to a troll who had put up a photo Blake Griffin, Ben Simmons, Jordan Clarkson, Kyle Kuzma and D’Angelo Russell on social media. Next to photo was the caption “Starting 5 of NBA Players Kendall Jenner Dated.”
Kendall however quickly replied, “2 out of 5 accurate, thanks”, possibly pointing to only Griffin and Simmons with whom she’d had public relationships with.
What is the Kardashian Curse?
Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve heard of the infamous “Kardashian Curse”. The phrase refers to the unfortunate series of events which tend to befall anyone who chooses to attempt to pluck a fruit from that seemingly bountiful garden.
Though Kendall is a member of the Kardashian family, it would be unfair to characterize her as just that. Three Kardashian sisters have a history dating and/or marrying NBA players: Kendall and sisters Khloé and Kim. To be fair though, this may be more of a preference than an inclination since stars, reality TV, basketball or otherwise, tend to run in the same circles.
Kendall may have been unlucky in love in the past but that only proves that she, like everyone else on planet earth, is only human. Not that she is party to the “Kardashian Curse” as either victim or perpetrator.
