The Albany Great Danes play in the America East Conference. The Great Danes originate form New York and last reach March Madness in 2015. The Great Danes currently wear a white strip with a purple and gold stripe down either side of the jersey.
Although at this moment in time you cannot purchase the official Albany Great Danes basketball jersey. The university has designed a fan jersey, which is on offer to the public. The Albany Fan jersey is the opposite to the Albany home jersey. The jersey is purple, with a gold and white stripe, as seen above.
